CONSTITUTION: In a semiconductor integrated circuit, an input signal passes through a first node(350). A control element(310) comprises at least one delay element(330). The delay element is electrically connected to the first node. A correction unit(320) generates a control signal. The control signal controls the activation of the delay element. |
