PURPOSE: A device for converting an image size is provided to provide an image converted according to the taste of each user. CONSTITUTION: A source image is inputted(S1210). The device is combined of an image cropping operator, an image scaling operator, and/or modified seam carving operator. The inputted source image is transformed through the combination. At least one temporary image is generated through the conversion(S1220). In a temporal image, a target image is selected(S1230).
