SQUELCH DETECTION CIRCUIT

PURPOSE: A squelch detection circuit is provided to offer a reset value of an elastic buffer and minimize power consumption in a suspend mode. CONSTITUTION: An input level shifter(110) receives a signal which is inputted through a signal line and shifts the signal into a potential level of a predetermined size. A comparator(140) compares a signal which is outputted from the input level shifter and determines the data signal as a noise or signal component. A reset signal generator(160) changes the signal outputted from the input level shifter into the same and creates a reset signal of an elastic buffer. The input level shifter comprises first and the second input level shifters.
