PURPOSE: A sleeve for burying ventilation ducts of a building is provided to prevent flexural displacement by providing sufficient rigidity through a plurality of sealing parts. CONSTITUTION: A sleeve for burying ventilation ducts of a building includes a cylindrical body(110), and a flange. The cylindrical body is seaming combined to form a spiral seaming on the outer side thereof. The flange is integrated with the top and bottom ends of the body. The flange is retained on a floor side of inter-layer.
