PREPARATION METHOD OF ANTI-BACTERIAL AND DEODORIZATION ADSORBENTS USING NANO-METAL DOPED METAL OXIDES CATALYST POWDER AND THEREOF ANTI-BACTERIAL AND DEODERIZATION ADSORBENTS

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a sterilizing absorber using nano-metal carrying metal oxide catalytic powder and the sterilizing absorber manufactured by the same are provided to prevent the secondary contamination due to bacteria. CONSTITUTION: A nano-metal nitrate aqueous solution is obtained by immersing 1-20 parts by weight of nano-metal in 80-99 parts by weight of a nitric acid aqueous solution. A metal oxide dispersed alcohol solution is obtained by adding 0.1-10 parts by weight metal oxide powder into 88-98.8 parts by weight of an alcohol solution and stirring the metal oxide powder with the alcohol solution. A metal oxide nano-metal aqueous solution is obtained by adding and mixing 0.1-5 parts b weight of nano-metal nitrate aqueous solution in the metal-oxide dispersed alcohol solution. Ultraviolet ray is radiated to the metal oxide nano-metal aqueous solution to photo-reduce nano-metal in order to obtain nano-metal carrying metal oxide catalytic powder. The nano-metal carrying metal oxide catalytic powder is mixed into an inorganic-organic binder and is coated on an absorbent carrying body.
