A MULTISTAGED EQUIPMENT OF PIPE GROUTING BY DOUBLE PACKER SYSTEM AND ITS CONSTRUCTING METHOD

PURPOSE: A multistage grouting apparatus of a steel pipe using a double packer method and a construction method thereof are provided to reinforce the ground by properly installing packers depending on ground conditions. CONSTITUTION: A multistage grouting apparatus of a steel pipe using a double packer method comprises a steel pipe(200), a shoe(300), first and second packers(400,500), a steel rod(600), and first and second grouting material injection hoses(700,800). Multiple grouting material ejecting holes are formed in the steel pipe. The shoe is installed in the inner end of the steel pipe. The first packer is formed in a bag shape to be filled with a grouting material. The steel rod is inserted into the steel pipe. The second packer is fixed to the outer surface of the steel rod and is inserted into the steel pipe. The first grouting material injection hose injects the grouting material into the first packer. The second grouting material injection hose injects the grouting material into the steel pipe.
