<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation detection device, capable of improving S/N by inputting into a radiation detection element, a radiation flux after transmission through a sample without reduction. <P>SOLUTION: The device is provided with a radiation source; a first radiation detecting element for receiving a radiation from the radiation source through an inspection object; and at least one second radiation detecting element which is equivalent to the first radiation detecting element, and arranged close to the first radiation detecting element.
