The invention relates to an isothermal stove plate working according to the thermal flat tube principle meant for the applications requiring a uniform temperature distribution on the working surface, for example, within the field of the thin layer deposition by the process of atomization with pyrolysis, for heating uniformly the substrate and maintaining constant the temperature thereof during the whole thin layer depositing period. According to the invention, the stove plate consists of an upper component (1) imperviously fixed to a lower component (2), between the upper component (1) and the lower component (2) inside a formed enclosure (3) there being provided some stiffening columns (4) which ensure the constant maintenance of the distance between the two components (1 and 2) on the surfaces inside the enclosure of the two components (1 and 2), each having machined a network (a) of horizontal channels or a network (b) of vertical channels, with the role of increasing the specific evaporation and condensing surface, the lower component (2) having also the role of reservoir for a working fluid (5), which carries out a thermodynamic vaporization-condensing cycle, according to the operation principle of the thermal flat tube, outside, at the bottom or on the sides, or both at the bottom and on the sides, there being assembled a casing (6) wherein there are some electrical resistors or any other heat source controlled by means of a system (7) for the automatic temperature control, which uses some temperature sensors (c) located at the upper side of the stove plate, the lower component (2) being provided on each of its side walls with some orifices (d) communicating with the outside, wherein there may be assembled a device (8) which allows to perform the filling, aerating and vacuuming operations, as well as a safety valve (9).
