AN ANTI-SCRATCH UV, PU COATING BY USE OF NANO DIAMOND

PURPOSE: A scratch-resistant UV/PU coating agent using an UV solution is provided to disperse nano diamond and to improve scratch resistance. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an UV coating agent using an UV solution comprises: a step of stirring 10g of nanodiamond in 1L of the UV solution; a step of dispersing the stirred resultant by sonication for 5 minutes; a diluting the UV solution; and a step of using the diluted UV solution as a coating agent by conventional methods.
