PURPOSE: A thin film solar cell is provided to improve output characteristic by forming a germanium layer between a transparent electrode and a semiconductor of an amorphous silicon material and blocking direct contact between the transparent electrode and the semiconductor layer. CONSTITUTION: In a thin film solar cell, a transparent electrode(102) is formed on a substrate(101). A germanium layer(103) is formed on the transparent electrode. A semiconductor layer(104) is formed on the germanium layer. A back reflector(105) is formed on the semiconductor layer. A metal electrode(106) is formed on the back reflector layer. |
