PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent display device and a driving method thereof are provided to compensate a luminance deviation at each position by generating a data signal according to luminance at each position in an organic electroluminescent panel. CONSTITUTION: An organic electroluminescence panel displays images. A gate drive unit(130) supplies a gate signal to the organic electroluminescence panel. A data drive unit(140) supplies a data signal to the organic electroluminescence panel. A timing control unit(160) outputs a deviation signal including the information about the luminance deviation at each position of the organic electroluminescence panel. A gamma reference voltage unit(150) supplies a gamma reference voltage generated through the deviation signal to the data drive unit.
