PURPOSE: A method for preparing a polyethylene terephthalate nano composite with improved modulus is provided to improve heat resistance of a polymer. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a polyethylene terephthalate nano composite with improved modulus comprises: a step of reacting TPA-A-POSS of chemical structural formula 1 with ethylene glycol by esterification of terephthalic acid; a step of adding under oilgomer-melted state; and a step of poly-condensing to prepare polyethylene terephthalate nano composite polymer.
