PURPOSE: A method for controlling jetted air for a machining lathe is provided to improve processability by controlling the amount of jetted air depending on the rotation speed of a machining lathe. CONSTITUTION: A method for controlling jetted air for a machining lathe is as follows. When a rolling roll(1) is machined, the machining state of a machining lathe is detected. The amount of jetted air is calculated based on the machining state of the machining lathe. Air is variously supplied to the machining lathe depending on the calculated amount of jetted air.
