<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an open lever to be attached coaxially with a ratchet in a form excellent in strength, by a simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: A cylinder supporting portion 54 protruding toward a back plate 11 fixed on the backside of a body 5 is integrally provided on the periphery of a shaft hole 53, through which a ratchet shaft 9 is to be inserted, of the backside of the body 5; and the open lever 15 is turnably provided between the backside of the body 5 and the back plate 11 in a state in which a shaft hole 154 of the open lever 15 is turnably and pivotally fitting to the cylinder supporting portion 54. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
