PURPOSE: A pump control/actuation system of construction machinery is provided to enable a lack of fluid from an auxiliary control valve to be assisted by the pump of an 1:1 pump system since the oil of an arm cylinder or a boom cylinder is supplied to the auxiliary control valve distributing the oil to other actuator. CONSTITUTION: A pump control/actuation system of construction machinery comprises an excavator, an actuator, an 1:1 pump system(A) and an auxiliary control valve system(B). The 1:1 pump system is applied to an actuator, which shows high frequencies of operation and consumes a lot of energy. The 1:1 pump system receives fluid from each pump. The auxiliary control valve system is applied to other actuator, which shows relatively low frequencies of operation. The auxiliary control valve system is connected to one or more pumps. If the fluid of the actuator associated with the auxiliary control valve is insufficient, the actuator associated with the auxiliary control valve is connected to the pump of 1:1 pump system. |
