PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-reinforced molding material that is excellent in various physical properties such as moldability smoothness and exhibits sufficiently suppressed VOC diffusion amount, and is suitably used for automobile outer panels such as roof and door that are not isolated from automotive interior, and to provide molded articles of the same. SOLUTION: The fiber-reinforced molding material is configured to include (a) an unsaturated polyester, (b) vinyl monomer, (c) shrinkage reducing agent, (d) curing agent, (e) filler, and (f) reinforcing fiber, and (c) the shrinkage reducing agent includes as indispensable components at least one thermoplastic resin selected from the group consisting of a polymer of a conjugated diene monomer and a block copolymer of an aromatic vinyl monomer and a conjugated diene monomer, and (d) the curing agent indispensably includes t-hexyl peroxy-acetate.
