<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for supporting the positioning of a plurality of three-dimensional image data captured under different imaging conditions. <P>SOLUTION: A data acquisition section 110 acquires first and second three-dimensional image data to be input in an image processor 100. A lesion specification section 120 specifies the positions of specified points in the data with respect to the first and second three-dimensional image data respectively. A cross-section change section 130 determines cross sections including the points specified by the lesion specification section 120. The cross-section change section 130 changes the cross sections of two three-dimensional image data in conjunction with each other on the basis of the input-operation information received by a change operation section 140. A cross-sectional image generation section 150 acquires cross-sectional images of the first and second three-dimensional image data by the cross sections determined or changed by the cross-section change section 130.
