PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a stabilized low ground level in a ground line wired in parallel with a signal line in order to stabilize wireless characteristics of a signal flowing in the signal line. SOLUTION: A signal transmission cable 1 includes the signal line 6 transmitting the signal and the ground lines 7, 8 wired in parallel with the signal line 6 for preventing the signal from an effect of noise where the signal line 6 and the ground lines 7, 8 are terminated with connector boards 3, 4 at both ends. An intermediate substrate 5 having a ground layer 9 with a through-via hole 10 formed to electrically be connected to the ground lines 7, 8 is provided at an arbitrary position of the ground lines 7, 8 except for positions where the connector substrates 3, 4 are located.
