The device includes developer roller (39) that is provided inside container and having several magnets (49) on inside is enclosed by jacket tube (44). The developer roller (41) is arranged adjacent to developer roller (39) in such a manner that carrier particles with toner particles adhering to them and carried along by rotation of developer roller (39). The developer roller (41) is supported so as to be rotatable about rotational axis (45). An alternating voltage field is generated by adjacent wires (42) to developer roller (41) in region of adjacent photoconductor. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) printing machine; and (2) method for generating toner image on photoconductor.
