PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the convenience of entire vehicles by simple control when a large number of vehicles are charged. SOLUTION: The required charging amount of each battery is determined based on a present amount of power storage in the battery and a target amount of power storage in the battery. Based on the required charging amount, the charging capacity of charging equipment is allocated and the charging speed of each battery is set so that all the batteries reach their target amounts of power storage substantially at the same time.
