PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily adhesive thermoplastic resin film which imparts antistatic performance and is excellent in adhesiveness with a functional layer at high temperatures and high humidities. SOLUTION: The easily adhesive thermoplastic resin film includes a coated layer at least on one surface of a thermoplastic resin film, wherein the coated layer is composed mainly of a polyester having a number-average molecular weight of≥15,000 and having substantially no carboxylic acid group, a carbodiimide compound, and aπ-electron-conjugated electroconductive polymer.
