PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soluble plug having an operation temperature of 69-75°C and exhibiting excellent creep characteristics at 58-65°C without including hazardous substances such as lead. SOLUTION: In the soluble plugs 1 and 11, a through-hole 2e in a plug-shaped body 2 is filled with a solder alloy 3 including no hazardous substances such as lead (Pb) and tin (Sn) and having a composition of 65±2 mass% of indium (In), 0.5±0.2 mass% of copper (Cu), 0.5±0.2 mass% of antimony (Sb), and the rest of bismuth (Bi). The soluble plugs cause no pollution of underground water and the like even if it is disposed, and can achieve excellent creep characteristics in the 58-65°C temperature range. Before the inside of a device reaches a predetermined temperature and the soluble plugs are operated, the solder alloy 3 is not pushed out due to pressure in the device.
