PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the sealability of a wire harness through portion. SOLUTION: With a rubber ring 20 ensuring sealability interposed, a metal adaptor 30 formed into an approximately cylindrical shape having approximately the same length as a through-hole 12 is fitted into the through-hole 12 opened in the peripheral wall of the lower cover 10 positioned downward, of a resin cylinder head cover which can be vertically halved. A connector 60 with a rubber ring 50 ensuring sealability assembled to a periphery is fitted to the inner periphery of the adaptor 30. A difference in thermal deformation volume between the lower cover 10 and the adaptor 30 is absorbed by a two-stage seal structure, thereby ensuring the sealability of the wire harness through portion with respect to the lower cover 10.
