<p>Provided herein are immunogenic compositions comprising fusion proteins, the fusion proteins comprising lentivirus gp41 or a fragment thereof, a trimerization or oligomerization motif and an immunoenhancer that elicit potent and broad HIV neutralizing antibody responses in the immunized hosts.
