<p>PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode display panel having pattern for measuring thickness of an organic film is provided to monitor the thickness of an organic film rapidly by supplying a pattern for measuring the thickness of an organic film in real time. CONSTITUTION: In an organic light emitting diode display panel having pattern for measuring thickness of an organic film, an organic light-emitting diode region(OLED) is formed at the center of a substrate. A seal region(BOND) is formed on the outer circumference of a organic light-emitting diode. A pattern for measuring the thickness of an organic film is formed in a part of the seal region. The pattern and an organic film to be deposited on the organic light-emitting diode are formed at the same time. The pattern includes a first hole implant layer pattern, a first hole-transport layer, and a first light-emitting layer pattern.</p> |
