<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate which may satisfy all necessary conditions for a vehicle ideal for culturing of cell/tissue and transfer to a patient. <P>SOLUTION: The invention relates to a cell culture surface to which cells attach and proliferate and which enables the attached cells to be detached from the surface for use in various therapeutic and cosmetic tissue engineering/surgical procedures. The invention provides a therapeutic vehicle used in tissue engineering, wherein the vehicle is used or applied in integration of a substrate for cell culturing obtained by plasma polymerization and keeps at least a cell reversibly adhered, and the surface is characterized by having at least 5% of an acidic functional groups. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
