<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auction processing apparatus, an auction processing method, and an auction processing program which can efficiently reduce fraudulent bidding by matching behaviors suspected as raise of a bid price to an user ID of an auctioneer and accumulating even when a fraudulent user holds a plurality of user IDs and bids by using a new user ID different from the user ID used in a previous bidding. <P>SOLUTION: Presence of coincidence is determined between a set price set on an article listed in an auction and a bid price on a bid request to the auction.
