PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-temperature tank effectively improved in cost and construction workability. SOLUTION: This low-temperature tank (1) has a cold reserving structure with a porous heat insulating material (20) and a capping material (21) stacked on a bottom (10), and a heat insulating material is used as the capping material (21). The heat insulating material used as the capping material (21) is, for example, a fiber body filled with aero gel. The porous heat insulating material (20) is, for example, foam glass.
