PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchro mechanism of a transmission for a vehicle, which restricts a shift block occuring during the shifting operation, without reduction in transmittable driving torque and deterioration in durability. SOLUTION: A second engagement tooth of a synchronous sleeve is formed with a first engagement surface to be engaged with a first engagement part and a fourth engagement part on both side parts thereof in the rotating direction, and a clutch gear side end thereof is arranged on a synchronous hub side more than a clutch gear side end of a driving force transmitting tooth. A synchronous tooth of a synchronous ring is formed with a second engagement surface, which is engaged with the driving force transmitting tooth sliding in the axial direction, at a clutch gear side end thereof. In a second ring regulating tooth of the synchronous ring, a synchronous hub side end is arranged in at least one of the both side parts in the rotating direction on a synchronous hub side more than a synchronous hub side end of the second engagement surface, and formed with a third engagement surface abutting on the first engagement surface, for regulating the position of the synchronous ring in the rotating direction.
