The present invention relates to a functional food-packaging material, and more particularly, to a food-packaging material made of a synthetic resin base material to which a natural mineral in fine powder form having a certain specific surface area and charcoal are added. The food-packaging material according to the present invention emits far infrared rays and anions, and has increased absorption of heavy metals and other toxins, antimicrobial activity, and antioxidant activity, to significantly increase food storability and to provide excellent safety for human health.
