PURPOSE: A surface treatment method of a solid material is provided to ensure high efficiency of membrane formation compound use. CONSTITUTION: A surface treatment method of a solid material comprises a step of performing chemical bond of stabilized monofunctional silanol of chemical formula 1(R^1R^2R^3SiOH) on the surface of the solid material. In chemical formula 1, R^1, R^2, and R^3 are identical or different substituent selected from substituted or non-substituted C1-40 monovalent hydrocarbon group and substituted or non-substituted C1-40 monovalent heterocyclic substituent.
