<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording paper post-processing device capable of suppressing a power consumption to reduce a running cost. <P>SOLUTION: The recording paper post-processing device 2 includes: a stapler 401 that is connected with a paper ejecting part of an image forming device 1 and binds a plural pieces of stacked recording paper ejected after the completion of an image forming operation; and a stapler moving motor 711 that moves the stapler 401 for adjusting the binding position of recording paper.
