PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring switching device which can switch the test wiring of a switchboard easily. SOLUTION: The wiring switching device includes a plurality of first changeover switches 11-14 connectable with respective terminals of a first test plug 60 which can be attached to the switchboard 100, a plurality of second changeover switches 21-24 connectable with respective terminals of a second test plug 70 which can be attached to the switchboard, and an electric network which connects the first changeover switches and second changeover switches electrically through multiple wires and allows a tester 50 performing the switchboard practice test through the first and second test plugs to be connected, wherein the first changeover switch and second changeover switch have a movable contact and a plurality of fixed contacts which can contact with the movable contact, and the electric network is constituted so that the connection circuit of the first and second test plugs and the tester can be switched by a combination of multiple wires which is obtained by the switching operation of the movable contacts of the first and second changeover switches.
