<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module using semiconductor nanocrystals, specifically, including a layer within which nanoparticles of a material capable of down-converting energy of incident light are dispersed. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell module includes: a plurality of solar cells including at least one photoelectric conversion layer as optical conversion members; a transparent member (430) provided on upper surfaces of the plurality of solar cells; and a filling layer to seal the plurality of solar cells, wherein at least one layer selected from the transparent member and the filling layer contains the semiconductor nanocrystals (115). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
