<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide stable lead-free low melting point glass which does not contain PbO substantially, improves the moisture resistance being a questionable point of P<SB>2</SB>O<SB>5</SB>-based glass and is so stable as to be not crystallized even when treated at high temperature. <P>SOLUTION: The P<SB>2</SB>O<SB>5</SB>-ZnO-Na<SB>2</SB>O-Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>-based lead-free low melting point glass does not contain PbO substantially but contains 25-40 mol% P<SB>2</SB>O<SB>5</SB>, 15-50 mol% ZnO, 15-45 mol% Na<SB>2</SB>O, 0-30 mol% (Li<SB>2</SB>O+K<SB>2</SB>O) and 0.1-10 mol% Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
