PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein the degree of similarity between users cannot be calculated with sufficient accuracy, in a technique of processing for user reaction information concerning a content. SOLUTION: The user information processor 1 includes an aggregated/summarized data calculation means 12 and a similarity calculation means 13. The aggregated/summarized data calculation means 12 reads reaction data, where association is made among user identification information for identifying a user, position information indicative of a reproduction position of the content, and status information of the user corresponding to the position information, and calculates aggregated/summarized data where a plurality of reaction data are aggregated and summarized for every block corresponding to a specific section of the content for each user identification information. Using aggregated/summarized data of the one user and aggregated/summarized data of another user, the similarity calculation means 13 calculates the degree of similarity between one user and another user.
