The system has an electric coil integrated at inside an inner guide (2). Another electric coil is placed on a locking axle (1) of the system. The electric coils are arranged and centered with respect to each other using an abutment (6). The former electric coil creates induction magnetic field and the other electric coil creates electric current for charging batteries of electric bicycles. A radiofrequency identification chip is embedded in the axle, where the chip contains information needed to validate unlocking and charging of the batteries.
