PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure inspection device for detecting abnormal change of a structure such as a road. SOLUTION: The structure inspection device has a communication means mounted on the structure of an inspection object and for performing information communication by wireless communication, a posture detection sensor for detecting self posture, a first storing means for storing an output value of the posture detection sensor of an initial state, a second storing means for storing an output value of the posture detection sensor in inspection, a means for reading an output value of the posture detection sensor to be stored to the first storing means when receiving a measuring value preservation requiring signal through the communication means, a means for reading an output value of the posture detection sensor to be stored to the second storing means when receiving a measurement requiring signal through the communication means, and a means for reading output values from each of the first and second storing means to transmit information indicating that a posture is changed through the communication means when a difference between two read output values is larger than a threshold, and to transmit information indicating that the posture is not changed through the communication means when the difference is not larger than the threshold.
