PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce man-hours and materials in assembly by enhancing waterproof reliability, even if a sealing material, such as, a packing is not used. SOLUTION: In a power distribution apparatus for storing an object with a built-in instrument and having a case 1 mounting a seal screw 9 and a terminal part 5, an inside space of the case is partitioned into a flood prohibition space 6 for storing the object with the built-in instrument and a part of the terminal part, and a flood permission space 7, having possibility of permeation of water; a support part 11 for supporting the object with the built-in instrument which is a part of the terminal part is inserted in the flood inhibiting space of the case; and a water deriving part 12, which is a part of the terminal part is inserted in the flood permission space of the case.
