PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device for an engine which facilitates easy assembling and reduction of weight by eliminating connection with a vehicle body side while ensuring performance of the cooling device by integrally attaching the cooling members of the engine as a component and by applying a structure in which hot air in an engine room is not taken in by an intercooler and a radiator by attaching an elastic sealing material C which is brought into contact with an opening part of a vehicle body to an intake introduction part of a radiator shroud. SOLUTION: In a cooling device integrating structure, the radiator 7, the intercooler 10, a fan 16, a fan shroud 9, a fan driving mechanism 14 and a driving mechanism support stay 15 and the like are integrally attached to a radiator frame 6 as the component and attached to a chassis frame 20 and arranged substantially in parallel with a side surface of the vehicle body 2. A first sealing material is interposed between a body side lid and an outside air introduction port of the radiator shroud so that return of the hot air in the engine room 3 is prevented.
