PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of rice cake pizza is provided to offer soft and elastic dough cooked in an oven. CONSTITUTION: Rice is pounded up nicely and put into an earthenware steamer. Rice cake dough is manufactured. The rice cake dough is preserved in a freezer. The frozen rice cake dough is put on a pizza pan, is decorated with topping, and is baked in an oven. Sliced hard vegetables such as potatoes or sweet potatoes are placed at the bottom of the pizza pan, and the dough is added and baked. The rice is used as a mixture of nonglutinous rice and glutinous rice. In addition to the mixed rice powder, one selected among black rice, pumpkins or sweet potatoes is added. Solid butter or milk is used to supply hydration to steam the rice powder or the mixed powder in the earthenware steamer. |
