<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control power of an electronic apparatus which cannot be connected to a network. <P>SOLUTION: A user accesses URL of a power supply center and downloads an application (S11). The application is downloaded at each electronic apparatus being a control object. In S12, the user performs various settings. A power supply center transmits a power limit signal after the setting is completed (S2) and a communication apparatus receives the power limit signal (S13). When a power limit function is determined to be set in an operation in S14, the application is started in S16. In S17, a type of communication which is set is determined. In the case of an infrared ray, the power limit signal is transmitted to the objective electronic unit with infrared communication in S18.
