PURPOSE: A system and method for managing work instruction are provided to effectively perform an daily work directions and an allocation of work load of each worker by maximally quantifying various information necessary for work instruction plan into each unit and reflecting the quantified information. CONSTITUTION: A process DB(150) stores 3D modeling file and efficiency information for unit work of a ship. A work index setup unit(110) displays the saved 3D modeling file by loading the file. The work index setup unit matches the loaded 3D modeling file and sets work indexes of each execution subject of the ship. A weekly plan establishment execution unit(120) arranges the working-man power for one week to each executing object and generated a daytime work instruction plan data.
