PURPOSE: An electro-osmosis dehydrator is provided to not require the electrode division by producing pulse voltage of single phase from three-phase alternating current power source, and to change authorized voltage pattern according to the kinds of the sludge. CONSTITUTION: The electro-osmosis dehydrator includes: a rectifier(110) rectifying the three-phase AC power source; an charge unit(120) charging the electrical energy rectified by the rectifier; a first coil part(151) which can be selectively sanctioned with the voltage charged in the charge unit; a second coil part(152) which is coupled with the first coil part, and outputs the induced electromotive force; an switching unit(130) which is connected to supply and block the electric energy charged in the charge unit to the first coil part; an controller(140) on/off controlling the switching unit; a second diode(161) connected between the first output shift connected to one end and the first electrode of the second coil part. The other end of the second coil part is connected with the second electrode body.
