<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To register an electronic business form file stored as test data in an electronic business form system to be distinguished from the test data. <P>SOLUTION: Business form data are accepted, a storage destination of the business form data is specified from a sorting master using information showing the accepted business form data, electronic business form file is generated from the accepted business form data and a form file to be defined in a business form master by being associated with the business form data. It is determined whether the accepted business form data are defined as the test data in the business form master, and when it is determined that the accepted business form data are defined as the test data, such information as indicating that the electronic business form file is test data is included and managed in the generated electronic business form file. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
