PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage change-detecting apparatus capable of detecting a voltage change over a desired voltage detection range while reducing variation in detection voltage even if a threshold voltage of a field-effect transistor (FET) is varied. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a voltage change-detecting apparatus, including: a first FET whose drain is connected to a power supply potential, whose source is connected to a first constant current source or a first resistor in a first node and whose gate is connected to a fixed potential; a second FET whose drain and gate are connected to the power supply potential and whose source is connected to a second constant current source or a second resistor in a second node; and a detecting signal generator for generating a detecting signal indicating that the power supply potential is varied over a predetermined detection potential, in accordance with a result of comparing a potential of the first node with a potential of the second node.
