PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel tank having a higher ceiling surface and a lower ceiling surface, wherein a flow sound generated as the fuel bumps into the lower ceiling surface is suppressed, and to provide a vehicle structure with the same. SOLUTION: The fuel tank 18 includes a ceiling surface 20 formed into a shape such that the higher ceiling surface 20H and the lower ceiling surface 20L are mutually continuously connected through a ceiling step section 20D. A lower baffle 42 is provided on the side closer to a lower ceiling chamber 30L in a higher ceiling chamber 30H and protrudes upwardly from the bottom surface 22 of the fuel tank 18.
