PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pre-action sprinkler fire extinguishing equipment with high reliability which does not increase the number of start of a vacuum pump without slowing detection of operations of a sprinkler head irrespective of size of piping volume. SOLUTION: The sprinkler fire extinguishing equipment has: a pre-action valve 22; secondary side piping 12 which is provided on the secondary side of the pre-action valve 22, and to which the sprinkler head 2 is connected; the vacuum pump 24 which is connected to the secondary side piping 12 via piping 14 for suction to make the inside of the secondary side piping 12 into negative pressure; and primary side piping 11 which is provided on the primary side of the pre-action valve 22, and to the base end side of which a water supply pump 21 is connected. The sprinkler fire extinguishing equipment is provided with: a vacuum switch 41a which is provided to the secondary side piping 12 or the piping 14 for suction to detect the pressure in the piping; and a control panel 5 which opens the pre-action valve 22 when the vacuum switch 41a detects rise of the pressure, wherein the control panel 5 sets a threshold of the detected pressure of the vacuum switch 41a based on volume of the secondary side piping 12.
