PURPOSE: A hand over treating method in a mobile communications system is provided to decide the UL forwarding by forwarding, to the source eNB, the selection information selected the decision whether the packet is forwarded or not. CONSTITUTION: A source eNB(evolved Node B) receives a message, in which the radio access bearer information for the radio resource reset and packet forwarding is included, from a target eNB(S601). The source eNB searches the UL packet forwarding indicator information including the radio access bearer information(S602). In case the UL packet forwarding information is set as On status(S603), the source eNB forwards the UL / DL packet(S605). A message including the radio access bearer information is a handover request response message.
