PURPOSE: An air vent for a vehicle is provided to divide a wind control part and an air blowing port to thereby improve the convenience of clients. CONSTITUTION: An air vent for a vehicle comprises a plurality of front wings, a plurality of rear wings(130), and an operating knob(140). The front wings control right and left discharge direction of the air discharged to the inside of the vehicle. The front wings are rotated in the left and right direction. The rear wings control a vertical discharge direction of the air discharged to the inside of the vehicle. The rear wings are rotated up and down. The front wings are connected to the rear wings through links. A retention protrusion(133) is formed at one side of the rear face of the rear wing to which the operating knob is connected. An elastic retention piece(143) corresponding to the retention protrusion is formed in the operating knob.
